1. Summary
Wasteland Atlas does not require an account, display advertising, sell personal information, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
The app is designed as an offline-first reference tool. Most app activity—including selected games, collection progress, discoveries, and favorites—remains on your device. A network connection is used when needed to load and manage in-app purchase information through Apple and RevenueCat.
2. Information stored on your device
Wasteland Atlas stores the information needed to remember your use of the app locally on your device. This may include:
- Your selected game and interface preferences.
- Items, locations, quests, or other records you mark collected, discovered, or completed.
- Records you add to favorites.
- Tracker progress and related app settings.
We do not receive this locally stored activity. You can remove it by deleting the app or clearing its local data through your device, where that option is available.
Information we do not request
Wasteland Atlas does not request your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or advertising identifier. The maps in the app are reference maps and do not require your physical location.
3. Purchases and subscription access
Apple processes all payments. Wasteland Atlas does not receive or store your full name, payment-card number, billing address, or Apple Account password.
We use RevenueCat to present purchase options and determine whether Wasteland Atlas Pro is active. To provide this service, RevenueCat may process:
- A pseudonymous app user identifier generated for the installation.
- Product identifiers, purchase and renewal events, transaction or receipt information, and entitlement status.
- Basic device, operating-system, app-version, storefront, and diagnostic information used to deliver and troubleshoot purchases.
Purchase information is handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy. The app uses this information only to operate purchases, restore access, provide subscription management, prevent purchase abuse, and troubleshoot the purchase experience.
5. Your choices and controls
- Manage or cancel a subscription: use your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Restore a purchase: choose Restore Purchases in Wasteland Atlas.
- Remove local app data: delete the app or clear its local storage through your device where available.
- Purchase-related request: contact us using the address below. Apple may need to handle requests involving payment records maintained by Apple.
6. Retention and security
Local collection and preference data remains on your device until you remove it. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase-related information according to their policies, legal obligations, and fraud-prevention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by the app. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should keep your device and Apple Account credentials protected.
7. Children’s privacy
Wasteland Atlas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
8. International processing
Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe their international data practices and safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app, the App Store listing, or this website when appropriate.
